ABOUT US
The Taylor family first joined the Miracle
Recreation team in 1968 when John Taylor signed on as
the exclusive representative for the state of Maryland.
This territory was expanded when Steve Taylor joined
the team with the addition of the state of West Virginia
in 1977. The Taylor family has in the past handled the
state of Virginia along with central and western Pennsylvania.
These two areas have been relinquished so that we can
provide the service to our customers in West Virginia
and Maryland that they have come to expect and deserve
from the Taylor family.
Chuck Taylor came on board in 1994 to add an additional
family member to the Taylor team. John Taylor turned
over the reigns of the business to Steve in the late
1980’s and after 28 years in the business retired
in 1996. Under Steve Taylor’s leadership and training
three salesmen from Taylor Sports and Recreation have
been promoted to territory owners by Miracle Recreation.
Steve Taylor sold the business to Chuck Taylor in January
of 2001 and retired from the business in 2004. Chuck
Taylor is currently the present owner of Taylor Sports
and Recreation.

will provide service that is second to none both before
and after the sale of our products.
Taylor Sports and Recreation believes
in safety first. We realize how vital and important
safety is to our young children.
We offer installation services for any
